This is one of the most impressing sleeve tattoos I've seen, it has a little bit of everything, some very detailed eyes, a few roses, an old looking compass watch and a girl's face.

In this closeup of the compass watch you can see the level of details and the superb shadows.

Near the elbow the is an detailed human eye tattoo, with cool reflections.

At the top part, right on the shoulder, there is an mummy face and another old looking clock.

Big eye tattoo on arm

Nathans Smith made this outstanding work, the big eye on the shoulder is a made from a photo of the man's son. Although is black and white the eye is really detailed, with reflections in the pupil and a lot of details. Below the eye there is an abstract design made from leaves and a rose.
